Community Connector (POC)
Objective:
The Community Connector (POC) serves as the primary liaison between the organization and specific diaspora communities. Their role is to facilitate effective communication, gather insights, and foster engagement to ensure that community needs and voices are represented within the organization.

- Community Meetings: Organize and lead community meetings to discuss relevant issues and organizational plans.
- Workshops and Training: Facilitate workshops and training sessions to address specific community needs.
- Support and Advocacy:
- Resource Allocation: Help community members access available resources and support from the organization.
- Advocacy: Represent community interests in organizational planning and decision-making processes.
