Hi, I’m Jessica! This summer, I’ll be joining an amazing team of teen volunteers on a mission to restore a church that means a lot to us. Our goal is to bring new life to a local community by preserving a piece of Romania’s cultural heritage and giving young people a chance to grow through service and teamwork. These historic buildings reflect the spirit, faith, and history of Romania and they need us to help keep them standing.

The wooden churches of Romania aren’t just buildings; they are living memories, crafted with care and dedication by our ancestors. They tell stories of faith, tradition, and community, reflecting the unique beauty of Romanian culture. Unfortunately, many of these churches are at risk due to aging materials, environmental wear, and lack of resources for maintenance and restoration.
