Carmen Mihaila is a licensed insurance agent in the state of Illinois and has been representing Allstate Insurance Company for almost 20 years.
In Romania, she obtained her bachelor's degree in Arts, majoring in Italian Language and Literature. She came to the United Stated 20 years ago with the intention to continue her studies in Italian but decided to make a change and started working in the insurance industry.
Carmen opened her business in 2005 and has been helping the Romanian community ever since.
