The Sibiu CyberSecurity Dialogues is evolving from a national initiative into a regional platform for Southeast Europe, reflecting the growing maturity of the regionβs security agenda and its Euro-Atlantic ambitions.
Sibiu is emerging as a credible hub for cybersecurity coordination and hybrid threat response. The presence of national institutions, international partners, and private sector leaders strengthens its role as a trusted space for policy alignment and operational collaboration.
As hybrid threats intensify, including cyberattacks, infrastructure vulnerabilities, regulatory disruption, and disinformation, the 11th edition convenes public and private actors from across the Balkans and beyond for two days of structured, results-oriented dialogue.
The forum advances:
- Hybrid security convergence across cyber, physical, and non-kinetic domains
- Operational resilience for public and private stakeholders
- EU and NATO regulatory alignment, including NIS2 and DORA
- Inclusive, forward-looking approaches to risk governance
The 2026 edition positions the Sibiu CyberSecurity Dialogues as a cross-border mechanism for strengthening digital resilience and institutional cooperation in Southeast Europe.
