Maria-Beatrice Association is a non-profit organization and the founders make constant efforts to provide adequate treatment and therapies through Maria-Beatrice Center, which was opened in 2012, with the purpose to ensure the proper treatment for children with neuromotor conditions.

 The current space of Maria Beatrice Centre is provided by the Alba-Iulia City Hall, in the basement of a Senior Center and the Association renovated and arranged it from scratch, using sponsorships and donations, but the space of centre reached its limits and the demand is higher than the capacity of the centre. The founders want to expand therapies and equipment that would help more children, but there is no more space.

 The answer is the construction of the National Pediatric Centre providing integrated support and treatment for children with neuromotor conditions. Therefore, Maria-Beatrice Association built the walls of a pediatric campus where more therapy rooms, accommodation facilities for the entire family, complementary therapies, therapy with animals, are about to be provided for 200 children daily (compared to the current 80 children/day), customized spaces for meals and the necessary support for the parents. Now, the works inside the building, with the finishes and installations of therapy pools and therapy rooms are in progress.

All the building permits from local authorities are already obtained.

All plans and financial estimations are carefully researched and documented.

Up to now, the Association has invested from fundraising an amount of EUR 1,900,000 from the total project of EUR 4,200,000

The Association needs EUR 2,300,000 for finalizing and opening the Pediatric Centre.
