  To Whom It May Concern,
  
  
  My name is Tim Le. I am an active duty Captain in the US Army and I am currently stationed at FT Sill, OK. Early in 2023, I deployed with the 101st Airborne Division to MK Air Base in Romania for 4 months.
  
  
  I have since been enamored with Romanian culture and its people. I am seeking volunteering opportunities to help improve on US-Romanian relations.
