I am writing this letter to you on behalf of
LEO STATES (www.leostates.com), a charity project, aimed at creating safe hubs for people in Ukraine who lost their homes because of the ongoing war and providing them with free temporary housing and opportunities to recover in the west region of Ukraine.
Finding safe and affordable temporary housing for the displaced is a major problem. Children, adults and the elderly are forced to sleep in unaccommodated places such as schools, train stations, basements etc.
We offer a solution which is a town-type structure that consists of container-house units with all the necessary amenities near Lviv, Ukraine β the main humanitarian and logistics hub. Our purpose β is to provide rent-free housing stay from 1 day up to 1 year with an ability to extend.
We want to create refugee camps for 400 and 1000 sleeping places / 100 and 250 houses. The area of 6200 m2 and 19 250 m2 were already provided by local authorities and private sponsor and it is free of charge for our project.
The preliminary works are already in the process.
We urge you to support our plan, take part in financing container-house units and give Ukrainians access to warm and comfortable temporary accommodation. People lose their homes while fleeing from the horrors of the war. A safe place to get rest, get their energy and power back, plan the next step is what they need most.
