We're looking for someone who will support and guide high-profile personalities like Sebastian Stan, Nadia Comăneci, and others in their journey as RUF Brand Ambassadors. This role is vital in building strong, meaningful relationships and ensuring our Ambassadors are empowered and aligned with our mission.

🎯 Purpose

To help us grow our Brand Ambassadors Program, serve as the primary point of contact between RUF and our Ambassadors, guiding them through onboarding, helping define their role, keeping them informed and engaged, and empowering them to succeed in representing RUF globally.


🛠 Key Responsibilities

1. Onboarding & Orientation

  • Personally welcome new Brand Ambassadors and introduce them to RUF’s mission, values, and structure.

  • Share the Brand Ambassador Charter, media kit, and digital resources.

  • Help them define their preferred level of engagement (Global, Initiative-based, or Local).

2. Strategic Alignment

  • Collaborate with RUF leadership and the Ambassador to co-define their role and key messages.

  • Ensure alignment with RUF’s core values and public narrative.

  • Lead the drafting and refinement of the Brand Ambassador Charter.

3. Relationship Stewardship

  • Be the first and most consistent touchpoint for each Ambassador.

  • Build a positive, ongoing relationship based on respect, trust, and shared purpose.

  • Understand each Ambassador’s unique interests, causes, and strengths.

4. Engagement & Activation

  • Identify relevant events, campaigns, and opportunities for ambassador involvement.

  • Support their participation in RUF Galas, media interviews, campaigns, or social media.

  • Ensure Ambassadors are recognized and celebrated.

5. Information Flow

  • Join monthly Coffee Mornings, IdeaLabs, Volunteer Connects, and internal RUF briefings to stay informed.

  • Curate and share regular updates with Ambassadors about RUF initiatives and achievements.

  • Keep RUF leadership informed of Ambassador activity and needs.

6. Support & Empowerment

  • Provide help with logistics, speaking points, and appearances.

  • Encourage authentic, meaningful involvement based on each ambassador’s availability and comfort level.

  • Coordinate with the communications team for public visibility and content alignment.

7. Feedback & Reporting

  • Gather feedback from Ambassadors and share insights with the RUF core team.

  • Track and report on Ambassador engagement, visibility, and impact.

  • Deep familiarity with RUF’s mission, programs, and community culture.

  • Strong communicator (Romanian & English preferred).

  • Skilled in diplomacy, event coordination, and high-profile stakeholder management.

  • Comfortable with both internal team dynamics and external representation.

  • Emotionally intelligent and proactive.
