Our HR department is growing, and the HR and Volunteer Coordinator is looking for a dedicated volunteer to help support communication with our global volunteer community.

RUF is built by volunteers. Our projects are powered by people who contribute their time, skills, and passion to create impact. As our community continues to grow, we are looking for someone with HR experience and strong communication skills who enjoys community building and helping people stay connected and informed.

Time Commitment

Role Focus

This role focuses on supporting tasks related to volunteer communication and helping strengthen engagement within our growing volunteer network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support communication with volunteers across projects
  • Help create and distribute volunteer newsletters and updates
  • Assist with content creation for volunteer communications
  • Support outreach to platforms and websites to post volunteer opportunities
  • Help maintain consistent and positive communication within the volunteer community

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience or interest in Human Resources
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Interest in community building and volunteer engagement
  • Organized, reliable, and proactive
  • Comfortable working in a remote, international environment
