Marina lives in Gatineau with her husband, two children and their dog. Her hope is that she can make a difference by her involvement in the support of Romanians everywhere so that one day her kids can look back and think she was a good person.

I was born in Romania but I consider myself a citizen of the world, after I lived in 3 countries so far. I became a volunteer with RUF because I witnessed firsthand the benefits of the online classes in my kids. RUF's mission and vision align with my own dream for a better world, and so I want to be part of the change they bring.
