Pyramid Learning Center is a non-profit organization based in Oradea, Romania, founded in 2014 by behavior analysts and psychologists Ioana Corompaki and Lili Covaci. We support neurodiverse people and their families through science-based interventions, educational consulting, and community outreach.

Our center currently serves up to 80 families, with waiting lists due to high demand. We provide personalized, evidence-based support both in-center and in-home, guiding parents on how to work with their children. We collaborate closely with teachers and school staff, offering strategies and follow-up to support inclusive educational practices.

Our team has significant experience working with neurodiverse children and children from foster care and orphanages, both locally and internationally. We partner with professionals in complementary fields such as speech and occupational therapy, psychology, music therapy, art therapy and medicine to ensure holistic support.

We conduct community and school awareness campaigns to promote neurodiversity, inclusion, and human dignity, and we offer training and support for professionals and families.

We have also launched and supported projects in the surrounding region, providing supervision, mentoring, and professional guidance to centers, NGOs, and schools that work with neurodiverse individuals.

Our mission is to improve the quality of life for neurodiverse families, to advocate for fundamental rights such as the right to communication, and to build bridges between communities and neurodiverse individuals by recognizing and valuing their strengths.
