We are seeking a dedicated Social Media Metrics Monitoring (Paid) to help us track and analyze the performance of our social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across RUF’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Analyze metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, reach, impressions, and post performance.
  • Create weekly and monthly reports summarizing key insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the communications team to adjust content strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and suggest new opportunities for growth and engagement.
Qualifications:
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and their metrics.
  • Familiarity with tools like Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, Twitter Analytics, and Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data clearly.
  • Passion for supporting nonprofit causes and the mission of RUF.
