Ted lived and worked in Bucharest during 1997-2007, at the time heading Linklaters’ Private Equity practice across Central & Eastern Europe. Since, he has continued to advise on venture capital and private equity transactions across Europe (including Romania) and the United States. 

Ted is a Licensed Member of State Bar Association of California and the State Bar Association of Illinois and a Certified FINRA arbitrator.
