Through its programs and the flagship Ratiu Democracy Award, the Ratiu Foundation plays a key role in elevating Romania’s global voice, supporting Romanian students, researchers, and professionals in the United Kingdom, and advancing democratic practices and civic awareness. This grant supports core operational needs—such as staffing, communications, and program coordination—directly linked to the planning, delivery, and long-term impact of the Award.
