Diana Gini
On July 26th, Cluj-Napoca will meet a truly surprising creative voice: Diana Gini, author of the novel GAME ON, already published in Romanian, with English and Spanish versions coming soon - on a bold mission to build a global audience.
A graduate of the Faculty of Music in Oradea and a PhD student at the National Music Academy “Gh. Dima” in Cluj-Napoca, Diana first emigrated to the United States, then traveled the wider world, and now lives in Madrid with her husband Pablo, originally from Uruguay, and their two children.
What to Expect
The evening promises to be full of surprises - joining Diana Gini will be special guests from Romania and visitors who have traveled especially from abroad for the occasion.
GAME ON is a fantasy novel born from the most real battle of her life. A story of masks, mirrors, and the particular courage it takes to finally see yourself clearly. At this event, Diana reads from the book, speaks candidly about the process of writing it, and opens the floor for the kind of conversation that only happens when someone commits to telling the truth in public.
Expect readings in casual attire. Expect candid conversation. Expect special guests. Expect delicious finger food and wine shared in good company. Expect the particular quiet that settles in a room when something real is said out loud.
