Position Title: Nonprofit Resource Library Volunteer

Location: Remote (with potential for hybrid meetings)

Duration: Flexible, part-time (5–10 hours per week)

Platform: GlobalRomania on Circle ⭕

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate existing nonprofit industry resources stored in Quip for relevance, accuracy, and quality.
• Organize and categorize resources into the following sections on Circle:
  • Governance
  • Strategy
  • Marketing & Communication
  • Fundraising
  • Programs & Events
  • Technology
  • Specific Case Studies & Research
• Ensure resources are logically grouped, easy to navigate, and appropriately tagged for user discovery.
• Collaborate with the Online Community team to identify content gaps and recommend additional resources as needed.
• Maintain documentation of resource selection criteria and organizational structure.
• Assist in the migration of resources from Quip to Circle, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users accessing the resource library.
• Contribute ideas to improve the user experience and accessibility of the library.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills; comfortable learning and using new digital platforms (experience with Quip, Circle, or similar tools is a plus).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to synthesize and summarize information clearly and concisely.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Interest in the nonprofit sector and resource development.
• Experience with content management or digital libraries is a plus.
