A Weekend to Remember: Strengthening Bonds and Building Dreams Together

In October, the RUF team had the chance to pause from the fast pace of our daily work and spend a few meaningful days together. It wasn’t just a retreat - it was a chance to reconnect, to laugh, to dream, and to strengthen the ties that bind us, both to each other and to our mission. For a few days, we cooked meals together, sharing stories from our lives, turning the kitchen into a hub of laughter and camaraderie. Evenings were filled with storytelling, where tales of challenges and triumphs brought us closer. And, of course, there was plenty of laughter - the kind that reminds you why being part of a team like RUF feels so special.
