Cosmina Paul holds a BA degree in Sociology and completed her PhD at BabeΘ-Bolyai University in 2011. During her PhD, she spent two years at Yale University on a Research Assistant Fellowship, from 2008 to 2010. She worked as a Teaching Fellow Assistant at BabeΘ-Bolyai University until 2014, when she moved to the Department for Innovation within the Ministry of Education (UEFISCDI). From 2018 to the present, she has been working as a Researcher at the Ana Aslan International Foundation in Bucharest. She also serves as an evaluator for the European Commission and various national programs. Additionally, she is one of the founders of O Masa CaldΔ Association, an organization committed to providing warm meals and support to those in need.Β Cosmina is a dedicated professional with a passion for community service and social impact.Β
