Born in Romania in a Danube River port of the town of Galati. One month before graduation from college in Romania, Florin had the opportunity to move to America through a study program. With just less than $150, one backpack and no one to know he moved to San Antonio in 1999. He could not cope with hot, humid summers in Texas so he moved to Chicago where he fell in love with the city.


Florin always wanted to finish his degree so he enrolled at University of Illinois at Chicago ( UIC). Graduated from UIC in 2005 with double major in biology (BS) and psychology (BA) and minor in chemistry as pre-med.


Even though his mom wanted him to be a doctor, Florin always knew that he will have his own business one day. Florin started or invested in over 15 businesses over the years so he is very passionate about business. During his career he received his Executive Management from University of Notre Dame, helped many small companies or Nonprofit Organizations SCALE IT UP.


As a consultant, Florin is specialized in LEADERSHIP, MANAGEMENT and SALES. He has served on 2 Nonprofit Organizations Board.
Florin was an avid runner until 2014 when he got injured. He finished 4 Chicago Marathons, so many half marathons, shamrock shuffles and 5Ks.
He lives in North Shore Chicago and loves to spend time with his twins and his dog, Trixie.
