I’ve spent my career as a founder’s right-hand in roles that don’t neatly fit into a single title, across industries that don’t naturally intersect. That’s meant being closely attuned to my principal, learning the business with a bird’s-eye view and stretching into whatever the vision required. Over time, my work evolved from traditional executive and decision support into Chief of Staff–level responsibilities, including strategic planning, operations management, corporate governance and compliance, stakeholder management, and work spanning people operations, internal communications, culture, sustainability, and philanthropy - the connective tissue across teams, functions, and leadership. I tend to shine when things move fast, the org chart is fuzzy, and important work doesn’t clearly belong to anyone. I’ve been the first hire at a startup, building core infrastructure from scratch, and I’ve also stepped into established organizations to close cross-functional gaps, take over orphaned initiatives, or stand up new processes and even entire departments. What tends to surprise people is my paradoxical nature. I can zoom all the way out for strategy and all the way in when something needs fixing. I’m warm and bubbly, but direct. I’m methodical about systems and process, but rely on context and judgment over dogma and perfection. I’m resourceful and genuinely enjoy figuring out things I’ve never done before. Most of all, I’m mission-driven and most energized by founder-led organizations, from seed-funded startups to scaling global enterprises ($500K–$500M in revenue) where purpose, accountability, and execution are closely connected.
