ROTV Valencia is an independent Romanian-language television station, broadcasting from Valencia, Spain, from its own online server.

Founded at the end of February 2020 under a different name, ROTV Valencia television has gone through various management changes and was taken over, two years later, by Anca Mariana Albert, who gave it a new format and orientation. Currently, ROTV Valencia broadcasts 24 hours a day. The station's program schedule contains cultural programs, interviews, vlogs, presentations of tourist attractions in Romania, information and reports from the diaspora, especially from the Romanian community in Spain.

ROTV Valencia broadcasts online for viewers from all over the world; our main followers are mainly from Spain, but also from France, Italy, England, Germany, Belgium, the Czech Republic, the United States of America, Canada, and even from Romania.

ROTV Valencia has two target groups of viewers: the Romanian community and Spanish viewers.
