Simona Vasile is a KPMG Tax & Legal Partner and the Head of Technology & Innovation for KPMG Law Norway, responsible for the Tax and Legal Digitalization services related to Emerging Technologies and Digital Transformation. Simona has over 20 years of consulting experience cross Industries and in the Global Employer Services space. Simona is a Global citizen. Before moving to Norway in 2021, Simona lived and worked in the US, UK, India and Romania. Simona is passionate about Diversity and Inclusion, is a KPMG ESG and Board Leadership Center Champion for the Nordics and is leading the KPMG Digital Now Initiative, meant to support the digital upskilling of over 6000 KPMG employees for 8 Nordic countries. Simona was born and raised in Craiova, is married with a Romanian American, and has 2 girls, 11 and 14 years old, who are also Romanian and American citizens, and they are mainly residing in Connecticut. Simona is a proud founding member of FORA and is a RomAmPro board member. She has supported the Romanian American community in New York Metro since 2000. Simona is also an AIESEC Romania Alumna.
