Public policy specialist with extensive experience in managing impact studies, public policies analysis and civil society projects. I have led the design and implementation of complex research methodologies—such as Romania’s first Local Democracy Barometer (2013, 2015) - and evaluated public policies and programs in Education, Governance and public administration, Social interventions and Culture. I have led the operationalization of the Romania's Advisory Council for Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) as its president (2022-2023).
